A WORLD IN NEED OF CONNECTION
Over the past five decades, we’ve made approximately zero progress on reducing the shocking levels of loss in our postharvest / food care system uncovered in the 1960s.

Now, as the signs that the planet we call home continues to heat itself towards instability, there is a window in which the knowledge you have as a postharvester can very beneficially impact the lifestyle of your offspring.

Agriculture makes one quarter of all greenhouse gas emissions.

Our food system loses a third of the food it is intended to deliver safely for eating.

How can you better design your part of the global food system to reduce its impact on climate change?

Don’t start to make a plan until you have watched this video – because otherwise you won’t try hard enough.
